Jiu Jitsu School West County, MO – What We Offer

Our Dojo in West County is inclusive to aspiring martial artists of all ages. We offer courses that are designed to benefit kids of young ages(under10), Teens, Women, and Men’s Jiu Jitsu as well as courses and classes for those who wish to compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. No student is required to compete, but we encourage everyone to have fun and enjoy the art at their own pace.

• Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes West County – In these classes, we help kids with their coordination, discipline, and athleticism. We never force children to do anything they aren’t comfortable with, and we always place the health and care of your child first.
• Teens Jiu Jitsu Classes West County – Our Classes help your teenager build the confidence and athleticism that they need to succeed in life. Our courses will teach your teen to believe in themselves and push the boundaries of what they are capable of doing.
• Women’s Jiu Jitsu Classes West County – These classes will show you how strong you can be, while also helping you become more athletic, confident, and self-assured. You are also invited to join our black belt program to join an elite BJJ team
